3Developers Ltd takes full responsibility for the competition. The partnered charity is Habitat For Humanity Registered Charity No: 1043641 (England & Wales) & SC048638 (Scotland). The Technology Partner is PromoVeritas Ltd who will take entries and determine winners.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our site.
We recommend that you keep a copy of these terms for future reference.
CONTEST: The Competition operated by the Promoter to which these Terms and Conditions Apply, wherein the Entrants submit entries via the website www.dreamhome3dprinted.com or for free via postal entry. Entries for this competition are collected by PromoVeritas, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 10185756 and the whose registered office is Monument House, 215 Marsh Road, Pinner, HA5 5NE. PromoVeritas will also calculate winners and ensure full compliance is met.
MAIN PRIZE: Winner can build a 3dprinted house up to the value of £500,000 anywhere in the UK, subject to local law and building restrictions.
VALUATION: The winner will receive a voucher of £500,000 that they can spend on the build, the fit out and the land for the property subject to Clause 5 The Prize. The sale valuation after the completed build of the property subject to Clause 5 is expected to be between £750,000 and £1,000,000 based on estimated value of the types of homes of a similar square foot in areas of the UK. The winner will establish the sale value in consultation with local independent estate agents once the site is identified.
THE PROMOTER: is 3Developers Ltd, company number 09746248 - Incorporated on 24 August 2015, 20 Ropemaker Street, London, England, EC2Y 9AR.
NON APPROVED ENTRANTS: Employees, Directors or the family of Directors or Employees of 3Developers Ltd, Dream Home, PromoVeritas Ltd are not approved to enter the competition. Should an individual win either the main or 2nd prize an independent investigation should take place to approve or disapprove validity.
CASH PRIZE: A cash prize alternative payable to the Winner in the event of a draw not being made is calculated as
(1) the total value of the total Entry Fees received up to the Closing Date less/minus
(2) 20% - the amount of the Charity Donation; and
(3) 5% - the payment processor and acquiring bank fees; and
(4) 35% of the total value of the Entry Fees by way of the Promoter's costs and overheads to operate the Competition.
5) The cash prize alternative will be expected to be the equivalent of 40% of the total money raised at it maximum .
METHODS OF ENTRY
There are two methods of entry.

To make a donation and contribute to our amazing causes, you can select specific ticket amounts, that correspond with a given contribution amount. A participant can find these contribution
amounts on the donation page of our website.
To enter for free via post.
All entries must be sent to: 3Developers Dream Home Competition, 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, including your name and email address.
While we encourage you to contribute to the great causes we support, you can enter for free via post. Postage details can also be found on the postal section of our website.
To keep things fair, a player entering by post will receive the amount of tickets associated with the average donation amount. This is usually 2x the lowest ticket amount.
Only one postal submission for entries is permitted per individual for each fundraising initiative.
Winners (subject to eligibility) will be chosen via PromoVertias Ltd and their industry proven process to ensure fairness and eligibility of the winner whilst vetting the quality of entry data submitted at all stages.
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries a player has.
Winners will be required to sign paperwork re-confirming their eligibility as a lawful Winner.
No purchase, payment, donation or contribution is necessary to enter or win.

RETAIL VALUE OF GRAND PRIZE
You must be at least 18 years of age to win a prize.
Guest must be of legal age in his or her corresponding jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18).
Winners must not be residents of Belgium, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Italy, North Korea, Singapore, Sudan, Syria or Thailand. In certain jurisdictions, local laws may restrict or prohibit the granting of prize. Entry is subject to all local laws.
Employees, officers, directors and immediate family members of the Prize Provider, Charity Beneficiary, or Technology Partner, are not eligible to win a prize.
CHARITY(IES): means the charities or charitable causes specified on the Website for the Competition to whom the Charitable Donation will be paid after the Draw.
CHARITY DONATION: The percentage allocated to charity from entry fees. This is a min 20% of total entry fees.
CLOSING DATE: means 14th March 2019, subject to the extension of time provisions.
DISCRETIONARY BONUS PRIZE: may be awarded at the sole discretion of the Promoter (3Developers Ltd), being payable only to the Winner when the Minimum Number of Entries has been received, being a sum payable in cash to the Winner of up to £42,000 in the event that any Stamp Duty Land Tax is payable by the Winner in respect of the transfer of the Property.
ENTRANT: any natural person (not including a limited company, partnership or limited liability partnership) who validly submits and Entry to the Competition, per these Terms and Conditions.
MINIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES: 100,000 paid tickets (10 entries per ticket) Once the 100,000 paid tickets have been sold the house will become a prize in the competition.
PROPERTY: means the property as defined in clause 5.
PROPERTY VALUE: £1,000,000 being the amount so specified as the build price which includes the purchase of land, Property to offer it as a prize in this Competition.
WINNER: The winner of the Competition will determined by PromoVeritas Ltd.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss suffered by an Entrant as a result of incomplete entries or failed computer communications or for any loss suffered as a result of use of the Website.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries which they do not receive due to failures in computer systems, other malfunctions, high Internet traffic, hardware failure, software failure, server faults or any other reason.
These competition rules shall not create or be construed as creating any form of contract, joint venture or other agreement between any Entrant and the Promoter.
An entry shall be declared void (without any refund being given) if the entrant engages in: (a) any form of fraud (actual or apparent); (b) fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) fraudulent concealment; (d) hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the website; or (e) amending, or unauthorized use of, any of the code that constitutes the Website.
Each entrant should retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for their future reference.
2.1 We may make changes to these terms
We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. These terms were most recently updated on 10 December 2018.
2.2 We may make changes to our site
We may update and change our site from time to time to reflect changes to our products, our users’ needs and our business priorities.
2.3 We may suspend or withdraw our site
2.4 Our site is made available free of charge.
We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
2.5 You must keep your account details safe
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

3.1. Conditions to Enter
3.1.1. By entering the competition via the Website or via post, Entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by them;
3.1.2. Upon entering the Competition, all Entrants must submit all contact details requested by the Promoter (which must include a valid e-mail address and telephone number) which will be used for the following purposes:
(a) to notify the Winner that they have won the prize;
(b) to post the Winner’s name and town of residence on the Website;
3.1.3. All entrants are solely and completely responsible for providing the Promoter with accurate and current contact details. Winners may also be required to undertake promotional work.
3.1.4 The prizes are all guaranteed to be given as prizes once the competition reaches min entry level, the company reserves the right to extend the competition end date.
3.1.5. The Grand Prize will be transferred by the Promoter to the Winner of the Contest free from all mortgages, stamp duty charges, at the Clients’ expense including all legal fees & taxes.
3.1.7. The Entrants and the Promoter also recognize that the

3.1.14. By entering the Draw, Entrants warrant that all information which they submit is accurate, true, current and complete. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (entirely at their discretion) if there are reasonable grounds to believe the Entrant has acted in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
3.1.16. All Entries will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason.
3.1.17. The Competition will run from midnight on January 1st 2019 until 14 March 2019 or when the Max 250,000 paid tickets are sold. .
3.1.18. All Entries must be received by the Promoter via its website www.dreamhome3dprinted.com (the “Website“) or via post by the Closing Date. All Entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified.
3.1.21. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for Entries that they do not receive, regardless of cause, including but not limited to, as a result of failures in computer systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure, high internet traffic and other malfunctions of any kind.
3.1.22. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY VIA THE WEBSITE, EACH ENTRANT UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPTS AND AGREES TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE “TERMS“) and agrees to be bound by the Promoter's decisions in respect of the interpretation of these Terms and otherwise to the Competition. Entrants who do not comply with the Terms will not be eligible to win the Prize. Once purchased, Entries cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned.
3.1.29. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
3.1.30. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
3.1.31. The 3d printing technology is new and if necessary 3Developers Ltd can decide to use an alternative build method at their disposal.
3.1.32. The winner is allowed to pay extra to get a more substantial build or land.
3.1.33. The Promoter will not accept Entries that are:
automatically generated by computer;
completed by third parties or in bulk;
illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
3.1.34. At the Promoter’s sole discretion, the requirement to pay the Entry Fee may be satisfied by redeeming a voucher code or credit provided to the Entrant under one of its promotional schemes. Entries so credited as paid shall have the same status as Entries paid in cash accepting that they shall not count towards the calculation of the Minimum Number of Entries.
3.1.35. Payment of the Entry Fee shall be processed by Merchant accounts.
3.2 Copyright & How You may Use Material on Our Site
a. The works are on the sites protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
b. You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our site.
c. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
d. You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
3.3 Rules About Linking to Our Site
a. You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
b. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
c. You must not establish a link to our site in any website that is not owned by you.
d. Our site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our site other than the home page.
e. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

4.1. The prize breakdown includes £150,000 towards the cost of securing land and paying for planning applications, and the building of the structure of the home. The winner will have to pay their moving costs, any additional land costs more than £150,000 and all bills moving forward. The winner can choose to spend £500,000 within reason to make certain a show home that is commercially viable and represent the organization's goals.
(the “Grand Prize"). The Promoter does not guarantee the value of the Grand Prize, its structural condition or its ability to be sold or secure a mortgage. Entrants shall rely on their enquiries and legal advice on the Prize before entering the Competition.
5.1 The Technology Partner, PromoVeritas Ltd, has no liability or responsibility for providing prizes in any condition. The responsibility of providing prizes in a way that is as advertised, and fair to the consumer, is the responsibility of the Promoter, 3Developers Ltd.
5.2. The Winner of the Prize shall sign a transfer deed to transfer the Prize into the Winner’s name within 30 days of transfer of the Prize.
5.3. The Winner shall register the Prize at HM Land Registry in the Winner’s name.
5.4. The Winner is responsible for all expenses and arrangements not specifically and expressly included in these Terms.
5.5. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for the Cash Prize.
5.6. If we are unable to reach an agreement on sourcing land within the specified £150,000 the winner must pay any additional costs for land more than this figure.
5.7. The promoter reserves the right to offer a cash alternative from funds raised by tickets sold, minus all admin costs and charitable donations, if we are unable to reach an agreement on the following:
i. A build within the £500,000 budget
ii. The location and cost of the land where the house is to be built
5.8. The entrant understands and accepts that this prize is a project from start to finish. As a result, we depend on numerous regulations including, but not restricted to, soil testing, planning approval & architectural plans. We are, therefore, unable to commit to a specific date for completion. Although we aim to have the project completed in 2019, we reserve the right to move that date if any factors within the build hold up the process. No compensation is due for delay of the move in date.
5.9. The Winner and, any Runner(s) Up will be determined and awarded the prizes so specified on the Website and by these Terms and Conditions.
5.10. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, and at any time during the Competition up to the end of the Closing Date, extend time to a new Closing Date, to be no later than 6 months after the originally specified Closing Date.
5.11. If by the Closing Date (which may be subject to an extension of time as set out in term 28 above), at least the Minimum Number of Entries has been received, the Competition will close and the winner determined.
5.12. If by the Closing Date (which may be subject to an extension of time as set out in term 28 above), the actual number of Entries received is less than the Minimum Number of Entries, the Competition will close and the winner determined, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, by reference to the proceeds received from the Entries (less the Charity Donation) against the Property Value to either:
- award to the Winner the Property as the prize, but without payment of the Discretionary Prize Bonus; or
- award to the Winner the Cash Prize and, at the sole discretion of the promoter, there shall be no further Draw(s) to determine the Runner(s) Up, the Winner being the sole prize winner of the Competition.
5.15. On the Close Date, the Promoter shall calculate the Charity Donation and apportion the same on a pro-rata basis between the Charities. The Promoter shall publish the details of the Charity Donation made on the Website. The Promoter's calculations of the Charity Donation apportionment are final and no correspondence shall be entered into about it.
5.16. The Winner will be required to forward a copy of their passport or driving licence together with two utility bills dated within the previous three months to the Promoters to prove their identity and that their Entry was made using a valid debit/credit card belonging to the Entrant or used with the express authorisation of the card holder and that there is no lawful impediment (pursuant to any applicable UK or international law) to Winner being awarded any prize in the Competition. In the event that Promoter reasonably believes that there may be a lawful impediment to awarding a prize to a Winner the Promoter may suspend making such an award until the legal issue is resolved, or if, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter such issue cannot be resolved, to award that prize in a like manner as set out in term 31 above.
5.17. If the prize comprises the Property, the Promoter will arrange for the Property to be transferred by (or on behalf of) the legal owner(s)/proprietor(s) of the Property to the Winner subject to the terms of a separate sale contract and instrument of transfer to be entered into between the owner(s) of the Property and the Winner, free from any charges, mortgages or other encumbrances to its legal or equitable title and subject always to compliance with all applicable law. The Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for any matters arising out of the conduct of the transfer of the Property including without limitation any negligence of any conveyances.
5.18. The Promoters do not in any way guarantee or give any warranties as to the value of the Property, its condition, history or any other matters associated with the Property and the sale contract for Property will exclude all such matters.
5.19. The Winner shall be responsible for the payment of their legal fees and associated charges. Any Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) and contribution to SDLT in the Discretionary Prize Bonus will only be paid in the event of a Draw conducted and then only to the extent that SDLT is actually payable. No warranty is given that that the contribution to SDLT part of the Discretionary Prize Bonus will cover all of the SDLT which may be payable by the Winner. The Winner will be responsible for all other taxes or charges incurred arising out of the transfer to and ownership or occupation of the Property, including council taxes, grounds rents and service charges.
5.20. The Winner shall execute all documents required for the transfer of the Property and take all steps they can to ensure transfer and registration of the Property at the Land Registry within 3 months of the Draw Date.
5.21. The Promoter shall only deal with any Winner or, as applicable, Runner(s) Up or their estate (in the case of their prior death) and no prize in the Competition is transferable.
5.22 The Winner agrees for a period of 3 months after the completed build for the house to be used as a show home.
5.23 Charity organisations may be changed at our discretion but we shall inform you via email beforehand.
5.24 House does not become a prize until we have sold a minimum of 100,000 entries.

Distribution of funds raised
Funds will be used in the following fashion:
10% of all funds to £1,000,000 maximum will go to Habitat for Humanity.
33% Of all monies collected will go towards the prizes
20% of all funds will pay to VAT (Subject to charity licence)
25% Goes towards advertising and set up and administration of the competition.
10% goes to remaining charities and any funds not used for the costs and excess of £100,000 paid to habitat.
6.1 The announcement day of the winner 14th March 2019
6.2 For a fee of £500 a day (pro rata based on time used) after the handover upon agreement of scheduled time(within two weeks of the time we request) 3Developers Ltd can have access to the house for show-home and viewing purposes 3 months after the house is complete. The house will be used as a showroom for 3 months.
6.3 To conclude an entry, an Entrant will be asked to provide their contact details e-mail addresses and a telephone number, (and card payment details for online purchasing). Once the online Entry is submitted, the Entrant’s card payment will be electronically approved.
6.4 When the Maximum Number of paid Entries or the Closing Date is reached, the Competition will close; however the Promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date by up to 6 months at their discretion.
6.5 The Winner of the Competition will be announced on the Website within 24 hours of the Prize being drawn following the Closing Date.
6.6 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.8 The Promoter shall publish the name and county of the Winner on the Website within 24 hours of the Winner claiming the Prize.
6.9. The Winner and any Runner(s) Up shall be announced and published on the Website and via email marketing campaigns, as well as associated social media pages/sites, such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Any Winner and Runner(s) Up shall cooperate with and participate in the Promoter’s reasonable publicity requests.
7.1. The Winner of the Prize shall have 30 days from the Announcement Date to attend the offices of the Promoter or an agreed specified location to claim the Prize in person. The Promoter will cover the cost of standard travel from the winner’s home in the UK. If the Winner does not claim the Prize by this date, the claim shall become invalid.
7.2. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the Winner’s behalf.
7.3. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Winner. If a Winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their Prize or Runner-up Prize within 30 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant (the “Alternate Winner“) selected from Entries that were received before the Closing Date, in accordance with these Terms. The Alternate Winner shall have 30 of days from the announcement to claim their Prize
7.4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the Winner is not able to take up the Prize.
7.5. The Prize will be transferred by the Promoter’s client to the Winner of the Contest free from all mortgages, stamp duty charges, at the Clients’ expense including all legal fees & taxes will be paid as part of the £500,000 budget.
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition at any time in the event of exceptional circumstances outside its control which affect its ability to operate the Competition (“Cancellation“).
8.2 The Promoters reserve the right to suspend or cancel the Competition at any time either before or after Entries have been received. If the Competition is cancelled, the Promoter will return the Entry Fees to each Entrant by bank card refund or by cheque (at the Promoter’s sole discretion). Any refund of the Entry Fee may be subject to deduction of any irrecoverable service charge fees.
Where the Entry Fee is returned, the Promoter shall have no further liability to the Entrant or to any other person. And ticket prices are subject to change without notice at anytime and we can end the competition at anytime.
All queries regarding any Entry Fees should be directed to the Promoter.
8.3 Without prejudice to the operation, the Promoters will have the right to cancel the Competition at any time in the event that the Challenge is not effective in excluding a significant proportion of the Entrants from entry into the Draw phase of the Competition.
8.4 Without prejudice to the operation, the Promoters reserve the right to cancel the Draw in the event that an order is made or a resolution is passed for the winding up of the Promoter, or an order is made for the appointment of an administrator to manage the affairs of the Promoter, or circumstances arise which entitle a court or creditor to appoint a receiver or manager or which entitle a court to make a winding up order, or the Promoter takes or suffers any analogous action in consequence of debt or an application to court for protection from its creditors is made by the Promoter.
9.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. The Winner’s statutory rights are not affected.
9.2. The liability of the Promoter to each Entrant is limited to the aggregate value of the Entry Fees paid by that Entrant.
9.3. The Promoters accept no liability for errors or omissions contained within the description of the Property or the Property Value or for any other description or specification or any other part of the Website. c) criticizes in a harmful way other Users or any services provided by 3Developers, or encourages other Users to such acts;

e) asks for passwords or personal data for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users;
f) contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images;
g) promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work.
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
a) any illegal activity, including child pornography, trade of obscene content, drug dealing, gambling fraud, harassment, tracking, spamming, malware distribution, sending mass emails, overloading, copyright infringement, or theft of trade secrets;
b) violating local, state, national or international laws and regulations;
c) copying, transferring, selling, or otherwise misusing any content from 3Developers Services, without any prior written authorization from 3developers;
d) advertising to, or asking any User to buy or sell any products or services through the 3developers Services;
e) attempting to or accessing any other User's account, disclosing passwords or any other activities that might put Users’ accounts at risk;
f) covering or obscuring the banner advertisements on Users’ account page, or any 3developers page through CSS/HTML or any other means;
g) interfering with, disrupting, or creating any difficulty to the 3developers Services, including marking any mail from 3developers Services as spam;
h) maliciously breaking or deceiving the 3developers authentication or security measures or otherwise test the vulnerability of the 3developers Services, without any prior authorization from 3developers.
i) misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
j) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site.

(c) any loss of goodwill or reputation; or
(d) the loss of opportunity to enter a sweepstake and/or right to receive a Prize
